BlueBricks Magazine has today announced the judging panel and dates for the inaugural BlueBricks Property Awards with developer Charlotte Edwards (@accidentalfemaledeveloper) and Sky TV’s Helen Chorley among the judges.

The awards feature 16 categories and are open to property professionals based in the UK.

Submission for entries is now open with awards being presented at a black-tie event on 19 June at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire.

Other judges include: Windsorpatania Architects, Malkit and Sanjay from Savoys Group, property investor Kam Dovedi, ‘Queen of Serviced Accommodation, Sarah McDermott and social enterprise Change Ahead founder Mohsin Ravjani. 

Event organiser Sam Cooke comments: “From accomplished investors to training providers, these awards recognise the hard work and dedication that goes into creating exceptional places to live.

On this night, we are putting a special focus on ethics, celebrating property investors who have gone the extra mile to make the world a better place.”

There is no cost to enter the awards, which includes categories from sustainable deal of the year to property person of the year.
