I'm Charlotte Edwards
I'm a property investor, developer and coach.
In less than one year, I bought, renovated and built my way to financial freedom through property investment.
Property has changed my life and now I want to help you to achieve your goals of financial freedom through property.

My Story
After graduating with a business degree and working in corporate marketing for 15 years, I wasn't prepared for what happened in 2019. After the sudden deaths of my father and brother I took over the family property development business, with no knowledge or experience. Turns out I was quite good at it and delivered the most profitable year since the business was established 30 years' ago.
It wasn't as easy as I've made it sound though. That business was in debt and I worked on it without taking a wage for nine months. This was through Covid, and did I also mention I'm a single mum of two little people.
That feeling of not earning any money was something I was determined not to feel again, so I set myself a target of becoming financially free in 12 months. That meant replacing my marketing manager salary and ensuring I earned money even when I couldn't work.

How I Did It
How did I do it? Through property of course. I used everything I was learning from developing property to build a portfolio of properties that would make me financially free.
Now I use what I’ve learned to help people just like you find financial freedom. I’ll show you how to buy at a good price, renovate, and rent to put your money to work for you with smart investments.
