Asking Prices Near All Time High

Apr 27, 2024
Asking Prices Near All Time High

The average asking price of a home in Britain has risen 1.1% since last month to £372,324.

This brings average prices to within just £570 of the all-time record, reached in May 2023.

This is being driven by an increase in asking price of the ‘top end’ four and five-bedroom detached properties.
